This limited warranty sets forth the terms and conditions regarding the repair services and any associated warranties. Please read this document carefully before proceeding with any repairs.
Repair Labor Warranty: We warrant all repair labor performed by our technicians for a period of 30 days from the date of repair completion. If any issues arise due to the quality of our repair labor within this period, we will re-perform the necessary repairs free of charge. This warranty covers any defects in workmanship or materials directly related to the repair service we provided.
Non-Screen Covered Parts Warranty: All non-screen covered parts used in our repairs are warranted for a period of 30 days from the date of repair completion. If any defects or malfunctions occur within this warranty period, we will replace the defective parts at no additional cost. This warranty covers only the parts we provided during the repair and does not extend to any other parts of the device.
Screen Crack Warranty: For screen replacements or repairs, we offer a screen crack warranty. If the screen we replaced or repaired cracks , we will replace it with a new screen free of charge. This warranty specifically covers screen cracks that occur during normal use and does not include damages caused by accidents, misuse, or intentional damage.
No Warranty on Customer-Provided Parts: If you provide your own parts for the repair service, we do not offer any warranty coverage on those parts. We cannot guarantee the quality or functionality of customer-provided parts, and any issues related to these parts will not be covered under our limited warranty.

Please note that this limited warranty is subject to the laws and regulations of the state of Tennessee. Any disputes arising from or related to this warranty shall be resolved in accordance with the applicable laws of Tennessee.

In consideration of the services provided by the Company, and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, I voluntarily agree to the following terms and conditions:
I have read this waiver of liability and warranty carefully and understand its contents. I acknowledge that by signing this document, I am giving up certain legal rights and remedies that may otherwise be available to me. I freely and voluntarily execute this waiver of liability and warranty, intending to be legally bound hereby.

In consideration of the temporary loaner phone provided to me by Athens Electronics Repair (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) during the repair process of my personal device, I, the undersigned, hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
Acceptance of Responsibility: I understand and accept that the temporary loaner phone is the property of the Company and is being provided to me solely for temporary use during the repair process of my personal device. I agree to exercise responsible care and use of the loaner phone in accordance with any instructions provided by the Company.
Condition of Loaner Phone: I acknowledge that the loaner phone has been inspected by the Company and is in good working condition at the time of loan. I agree to inspect the loaner phone upon receipt and notify the Company immediately of any pre-existing damages or malfunctions. Failure to report any damages or malfunctions may result in the assumption that the loaner phone was received in good condition.
Liability: I assume all risks associated with the use of the loaner phone and hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless the Company, its employees, agents, and affiliates from any liability arising out of or related to the loaner phone, including but not limited to damages, loss, theft, or any claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising therefrom.
Damage or Loss: I agree to return the loaner phone to the Company in the same condition as it was loaned to me, with the exception of normal wear and tear. I understand that I am solely responsible for any damage, loss, theft, or unauthorized use of the loaner phone during the loan period. In the event of damage, loss, theft, or unauthorized use, I agree to reimburse the Company for the repair or replacement cost of the loaner phone, as determined by the Company.
Duration of Loan: I understand and acknowledge that the loaner phone is being provided to me on a temporary basis for the duration of the repair process of my personal device. I agree to promptly return the loaner phone to the Company upon completion of the repairs, or upon request by the Company. Failure to return the loaner phone within a reasonable time may result in additional charges or legal action.
Indemnification: I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, expenses, or costs (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to my use of the loaner phone, including but not limited to any misuse, negligence, or violation of the terms outlined in this waiver.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction: This liability waiver shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any dispute arising out of or related to this waiver shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located within the State of Tennessee.
